Synanim is a fast-paced process. Participants interact to determine their leadership ability based on communication skill, initiative, judgment, and empathy. Users identify leaders through their own actions. Synanim tracks the actions of proposing and selecting ideas and measures the results. Participants improve their empathy and communication skills as a result.
OPINION RESEARCH
Synanim yields access to feelings and emotions of groups by engaging participants with each other rather than focus group facilitators or others external to the group.
